The opening window is designed to confirm demand before production, keep waste low, and make every update clear.

Before you order

When does the presale open?+

The official opening and closing dates will be posted on every product page before payment is accepted.

Are PHANTOMS hoodies included?+

No. The first Metro High Collection is tees only. Hoodies are being held for a later seasonal wave.

Will every previewed design be produced?+

Final production depends on the minimum order goal shown with each product. If a piece does not meet its goal, customers will receive the policy posted at checkout.

How will sizing and shipping work?+

Every listing will include a size chart, blank and fabric details, estimated ship date, and exchange policy before checkout opens.
